Hi, I’m Lauren! Welcome to my microbakery! I started my sourdough journey at the beginning of 2024. I love to bake for family and friends, and am excited to share the joy with you.

My starter and baked goods are all made with high-quality ingredients: King Arthur’s flour, Baline salt, and filtered water.

Everything I bake is made fresh, specifically for you and the order you placed. Never frozen and never sitting out on the counter for too long, enjoy the high-quality Sourdough goods you deserve.
